So so so, seems the problems at Draynor are a little more serious than a simple lack of brains, ingenuity or originality. The majority of the staff also seem to have attitude problems as well. Now first off a blog post that was made by Mushroom Queen, which can be found here.
And because most of you won’t bother to click the link, I’ll quote it as well. Basically it’s the opinion of a former staff member.

As for the reason I left, I left simply because Clooth was dictating most of my decisions and then yelling at me for the decisions I had made. After a period of time it became ever so annoying, so I simply said goodbye. Also, I do not wish to ever be added to the ‘Honoured (Should be Honored.) Members’ group. Never had any problems like that at RSBANDB. Sure we’ve had staff problems, although they have always been very much down to the person having an attitude problem, and being removed to keep harmony in the mod team, and not the other way around. How Clooth expects to run a respectable community by dictating I’m not sure, he probably doesn’t even know either. The staff at RSBANDB are more like a council, we make decisions as a group, and even though Mike and Shane have the final say, they listen to, and value our input.

So, they have leadership and management problems, no wonder their ’small’ community (which so many of them seem to love) hasn’t grown. The few times I have browsed their I have always got an aura of displeasure from the moderators and staff, A ‘Im better than you, my opinion is superior because I have a rank under my name’ sort of thing. Most of them are jerks, although I don’t know any of them personally, It’s fairly easy to gauge a persons character from the type of posts they make, the words they use.

Dictator at the helm, and egotistical morons on the staff? Doesn’t look good for them does it? Well at least they have some nice goa… Oh wait. No. Apparently they haven’t even coded up and made their own goal sigs, they just use an open source code, and its not even made by them. Even more outrageously pathetic than this, is the fact that members of the Draynor staff seem to think they are in a position to request that a site using the same code as they have, to change their design. Showing the egotism and also the ignorance of not even knowing where Clooth got his code from in the first place. Again, I first read this on MQ’s Blog, Post is here.

So.. lets see.. bad head admin, bad staff, unoriginality to the core.. audacity to accuse others of copying them when they really.. do that to others…
